These terms govern your use of the Luxury Review website. By using the site, you accept them.

2. What this site is

Luxury Review is a purely editorial information service. We do not sell vehicles, broker deals or give purchasing, financial or legal advice.

3. No warranty for prices and specifications

Specifications and prices come from the sources stated next to them, primarily official manufacturer documents, and carry the date we checked them. Manufacturers change data, equipment and prices all the time, and asking prices from vehicle marketplaces are only a snapshot. We therefore give no warranty that the information is accurate, complete or current. For binding figures, please ask the manufacturer or an authorised dealer.

4. Links to external websites

Our pages link to third-party websites such as manufacturers, vehicle marketplaces and Wikimedia Commons. Their content is the sole responsibility of the respective provider. No infringements were apparent when we added the links; if we become aware of any, we will remove the link promptly.

5. Copyright and image licences

The text, tables and design of this website are protected by copyright; any use beyond private use requires our prior consent. The photos come from Wikimedia Commons and are published by their authors under free licences. Author, licence and any changes we made are listed on the image credits page; if you reuse a photo, the licence terms given there apply.

All brand names, model names and logos mentioned belong to their respective manufacturers or rights holders. We use them solely to identify and describe the vehicles.

7. Independence

Luxury Review is independent and has no business relationship with the manufacturers, dealers or platforms mentioned. We receive neither payment nor test cars from them.

These terms are governed by the law of the Federal Republic of Germany. Mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you normally live remain unaffected.
